• We advise customers to track their orders and make arrangements for safe receipts of your packages.

Damaged Parcels

• Should you receive a package that appears damaged or opened, please take a photograph or video of the package before opening it. Bundl'd Beauty is not responsible for mishandled parcels, however,  having this documentation may aid you in discussions with the carrier.
